She is also a mobile Florida Notary, and is actively trying to get legislation passed that would require a mandatory journal for all Notaries in Florida.

Liz is a former NNA Certified Notary Public Instructor in Florida and was named the 2008 NNA Notary of the Year. Liz keeps busy by performing seminars for new and seasoned Notaries, and also conducts private training in-house for attorneys, paralegals, and more. Liz has been sought out for her expertise in her field and most importantly for her values and integrity.

Caceres has 10 years of mortgage industry experience, where he has held a variety of management positions responsible for business strategy, product development, operational efficiency and risk management in Vendor Management, Process Design & Business Integration and Automated Valuations. In 2007, Caceres was awarded the Bank of America Award of Excellence.

Caceres holds an MSc from Lancaster University and a BSc from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey and presently resides in Charlotte, NC with his wife and daughter.

An attorney for more than 30 years and a Notary, Closen's accomplishments include serving as a leading member of drafting committees for the Model Notary Acts of 2002 and 2010 and The Notary Public Code of Professional Responsibility.

Oliver's career history is rich with both experience and success. He has applied his online marketing expertise for high-profile social media startups and Fortune 500 companies. He started the Lancaster SEO Meetup, a local online marketing resource group for small business owners and other internet marketers looking to increase their knowledge.

Oliver holds a B.S. in Business Administration and is completing his MBA. He originally hails from London, England.

Prior to joining LSI, Ryan had lead operational roles for BNC Mortgage and PHH Mortgage Corporation. In his time with both organizations, he focused on developing operational efficiencies and system enhancements to help improve profitability and regulatory compliance.

Ryan graduated from Penn State University with a BA in International Politics. He is a licensed Pennsylvania Title Agent and a commissioned Pennsylvania Notary Public.

An entrepreneur, business executive, instructional filmmaker, social media expert and strategic notary consultant, Daniel addresses innovation and within a diverse range of industries topics including underwriting, title procedures, marketing, contract negotiation, effective use of social media, closing procedures, and more.

Daniel received national acclaim by being selected as the 2010 NNA Notary of the Year. In the same year he was honored by the Indiana Secretary of State as an Honorary Secretary of State.

Before joining NIU, Professor Morris served as counsel with Coordinated Financial Programming in Chicago and was an attorney with the IRS' Estate & Gift Tax Division, also in Chicago. He was previously a visiting professor in 1989, at the University of Tennessee College of Law in Knoxville.

She has developed and maintains an online notary education course for her hospital system.

Carol has worked with the Colorado Secretary of State's office in testifying at committee which resulted in the recent positive changes in Colorado Notary law. She was recognized as the 2005 NNA Notary of the Year.

Carol has been married to her husband, artist RM Salter for 24 years and they have one daughter, Gabrielle, who is a freshman in college.

As her signing income grew, Sandi stepped into solo entrepreneurship, devoting all energies exclusively to loan signings. She later added mobile fingerprinting services to her Notary business.

A negative experience with the use of an unprotected journal caused her to become dedicated to a higher standard of protecting clients' confidential information. The desire to define excellence in action lead to the concept and design of Notary Privacy Guard which is patented and trademark protected.

Sandi is active in the Notary Signing Agent industry, and enjoys a full and rewarding life doing what she loves best – being with people!

Matthew's professional work began at the NNA. For over 20 years, he actively participated in their commitment to excellent notarial training and support. His work culminated in five years spent as a Senior Instructor, specializing in signing agent training. While growing his own notarial business, he taught basic and advanced notarial skills, presenting at conferences and workshops in 14 states through the NNA's Educational Services. With his real world expertise and skills, he helped develop and deliver NNA's Signing Agent Training Program.

In his newest venture, Matthew has partnered to launch Notary Public Network; a notary signing service, based on the principle of excellent service, communication and accountability. Matthew provides executive direction, business development and notary mentoring. He enjoys reaching out to the community of notaries and finance professionals.

She has earned a reputation as a problem-solver who develops innovative, tailored solutions to manage today's complex problems for the top National Lenders.

Cristy has held key leadership positions with noteworthy companies including Stewart Title. Prior to Mortgage Connect, she was the Executive Vice President of Sales at National Real Estate Information Services (NREIS) from 2004 until 2011 and played a pivotal role in the company's sale to Fortress Investment Group in 2011.

Cristy has served on numerous industry panels and is considered a leader in Enhanced Mortgage Closing Models as well as Title Insurance, regulatory policies and procedures. Her achievements have been recognized through several awards including the prestigious MBA Doc Jore Award for Excellent Service to the industry.

In addition to being an independent web designer, she is also a full-time employee at Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission.

Elaine also serves as an Adjunct Notary Procedures Instructor at Prince George's Community College and the Laurel College Center, educating students on notarial laws and practices. She has presented forums and taught classes in Notary Public practices and procedures, Notary Signing Agent/Title Producer signing procedures, marketing strategies and networking.

Elaine was awarded the prestigious NNA Notary of the Year award in 2009.
